In partnership with three other peers, a director will oversee a team of approximately 100 employees in professional and scientific and merit positions. This individual will serve as a multifaceted leader supporting a specific area of campus, ensuring the delivery of services in design, construction, shops/trades, grounds care, custodial, capital projects, and other service areas as assigned. The director must bring together a variety of technical and functional groups into a cohesive, unified team in a large-scale, high-performance environment to align and support the university's mission
