We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Director to lead and elevate our F&B operations, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of F&B management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering the highest standards in both service and quality. In this role, the F&B Director will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, from strategic planning and budgeting to daily management and team development, aligning with our mission to offer a memorable, world-class hospitality experience.
Duties: To supervise the function of all Food & Beverage employees, facilities, sales and costs to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved.To control and analyse, on an ongoing basis, in order to optimise the following:Quality levels of product and serviceGuest levels of product and serviceGuest satisfactionMerchandising and marketingOperating costsHygiene and cleanlinessTo coordinate and supervise the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times.To establish and maintain effective employee relations.To conduct functions such as interviewing, hiring, employee orientation, performance appraisal, coaching, counselling and dismissal if necessary to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity.To develop and implement formal training plans for Food & Beverage personnel.To supervise and coordinate pricing and preparation of menus, beverage and wine lists.To coordinate with the Materials Manager to determine the minimum and maximum food and beverage par stocks. To approve all wine purchases and other food and beverage items in accordance with hotel procedures.To conduct weekly Food & Beverage meetings relating to:Overall Food and Beverage financial results and profitabilityProjected businessOperations results and problemsChanges in proceduresNew management policiesQuality improvementSales improvementProductivity improvementTo attend all other meetings as required by the administrative calendar.Requisitos: Experiencia previa en hoteles gran lujoExperiencia previa en una posición similar.Idiomas: Inglés y Español.
