We need experienced, energized, and agile marketers to play critical roles in helping us reach our ambitious goals, by transforming how we go to market in every possible way and disrupting our industry so we can better serve Canadians in need. The Director, Digital Marketing & Web Channel is one of those critical roles, that will provide leadership & guidance, setting strategy based on insights, that will maximize our spend and optimize our online media, while providing category-leading website experiences.Scope of the RoleDevelop integrated digital marketing & web channel strategies to capture & convert the growing demand for our expertise and services.Support and deliver against the overall brand & marketing strategies, across all digital and web channels, ensuring our web properties play a significant role in the success of our business.Directly manage the implementation of digital marketing plans, in collaboration with the Brand & Communications Team.Support the development and management of our brand presence and reputation across all our online media, web & social media channels, ensuring our digital presence reflects our overall brand presence.Set clear KPIs and define measures of success, reporting on results and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.Implement appropriate tracking to measure and analyze our online media spend and website performance.Monitor the shifting consumer online habits & preferences, the market trends, our competitive landscape, and customer feedback, to uncover consumer insights to inform strategic marketing direction and to increase marketing effectiveness.Develop and manage, in collaboration with IT, our Marketing Technology strategy and plan.Manage the digital marketing budget and deliver all projects/activities within agreed budgets and timelines.Lead the ongoing effort to conceptualize, test, evaluate and present new go-to-market programs, campaigns, messages, and assets that drive the highest response rate and engagement of key audiences.Build organizational rigor, foster a collaborative working environment, and model a positive employee-first work culture for your team and across the company.What you'll be bringing to the team10+ years of experience in digital marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO) & web channel management, learned & delivered in fast-paced, agile & entrepreneurial organizations.Proven leadership skills in the ability to recruit, mentor, coach and develop employees.Strong understanding of digital marketing in the lead gen space, with demonstrated funnel optimization experience & track record of successes.Strategic thinker, with a curious and creative mindset that values learning in everything we do.Effective communication with stakeholders across all levels.A data-backed and results-driven mindset, adept at analyzing results, finding insights, and creating action plans to deliver ongoing improvements.Proven success with developing and implementing digital media & web channel strategies including strategic planning, web development planning and end-to-end testing plans.You have experience developing and managing online ad campaigns & digital content strategies across all platforms.You are passionate about the evolving digital marketing landscape and a strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in the digital marketing space.Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects & deadlines gracefully, fostering teamwork, open communication and improving collaboration.Exceptional eye for detail and great problem solving and decision-making skills.Why FarberThere are many benefits to working at Farber and not just our benefits package.
