Director, Diagnostic Lab Automation Projects - [Odp019]

The Director of Lab Automation Projects plays a key role supporting the Diagnostic customers in their transition to full or partial automation laboratories, improving their safety and efficiency. This position's main responsibility is overseeing the definition, planning, execution, and delivery of automation solutions ensuring Grifols' quality standards.Responsibilities:Lead the full project lifecycle, from initial definition, design, and planning to installation, commissioning, and handover.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, customers, sales, vendors, R&D;, marketing, etc., to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, optimizing efficiency and minimizing risks throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct thorough site assessments to evaluate project feasibility, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Define equipment and services necessary for project implementation, managing stakeholders' relationships to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and proactively identify and address issues or delays to keep projects on track and within scope.Ensure adherence to Grifols' quality standards and safety protocols throughout all project activities.Prepare and deliver regular project updates, reports, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders, fostering transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.Requirements:Desirable to have experience in Health Care Labs environments, automation projects, and it's a plus to have knowledge of Diagnostic/Blood Screening/Testing.People Management Experience & relationship skills.Broad understanding of customer requirements.Working knowledge of Microsoft packages.Possess strong verbal communication and technical skills.
