This role is crucial as it will not only involve being the Product Owner (PO) of a specific part of our product but also include coordinating the work of all product squads and setting the vision for the product's evolution within the company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities:Product Ownership and Vision:Act as the Product Owner for a designated area of our product, managing the backlog, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with the overall product vision.Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in collaboration with senior leadership, including the CEO, COO, and CTO.Product Strategy and Roadmap:Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that reflects company goals and customer needs.Evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.Coordination and Leadership:Coordinate and facilitate the work of multiple product squads, ensuring cohesive and integrated product outputs.Work closely with the CTO and squad leaders to align technological initiatives with the product strategy.Foster a collaborative environment among squads, promoting efficient communication and cross-functional teamwork.Interdepartmental Collaboration:Collaborate with the CEO, COO, CTO, CMO, and other stakeholders to align product development with business strategies.Partner with the marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.Squad Supervision and Support:Provide guidance and support to Product Owners and UX/UI designers within squads.Oversee the planning and execution of sprints, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.Address and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during the product development cycle.Continuous Improvement:Promote a culture of continuous improvement within squads, encouraging experimentation and learning.Monitor product performance metrics and utilize data-driven insights to optimize the product's impact and customer satisfaction.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing and delivering successful products.Skills:Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in a squad-based environment.Analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Nice to Have:Familiarity with the use of various organizational tools such as Jira, Notion, Asana, Tableau, etc.Familiarity with Postman for API testing and interaction.Experience using platforms like Reforge for product management insights and growth strategies.What We Offer:A collaborative and inclusive work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A chance to work on innovative products with a talented team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
