The Green Recruitment Company is in the search of looking for a KAM to work in the Barcelona offices of a major data centre multinational with over 1,500 employees specialising in data centre solutions and associated services, with the aim of continuing to grow in the Spanish market.Responsibilities: Manage key data centre accounts in Spain, working closely with current and prospective clients to increase market share.Report directly to the Data Centre Team Leader for Spain.Maintain fluent communication and collaborate with teams in 2 offices in Spain, where your team has a presence.Expand and develop the client portfolio in the data centre sector, being able to bring new clients and business into Spain.Provide a full range of services for data centres, with specialist knowledge in uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and other critical infrastructure aspects.Requirements: 5+ years of experience in sales and account management roles in the data center sector, although candidates with less experience will be considered if they meet the technical and commercial requirements.Previous experience in account management for data center infrastructure companies in Spain.Strong technical knowledge of data center services and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).Communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Benefits: Competitive salary: around €60-90,000 (DOE) with flexibility based on experience and ability.Compensation structure: Base salary + Bonus + company car + health insurance.Opportunity to grow in a company with a global presence and strong customer network.
