You will be responsible for defining and driving our AI/ML/OR strategy and roadmaps.Major ResponsibilitiesDefine and own data science product vision, strategy and capability roadmaps to address unmet business needs, aligned with MedTech Supply Chain strategic objectives.Partner with diverse groups of MedTech supply chain business leaders across different functions to jointly prioritize business opportunities and deploy data science products.Support data science teams in the identification and prioritization of best-in-class AI/ML/OR models for different business use cases.Manage a highly talented team of data scientists by providing continuous coaching and guidance.Communicate data science product strategy, roadmap, deployment status and results with senior management.Lead research and experimentation of cutting-edge data science techniques for impactful applications in MedTech Supply Chain.QualificationsEducation: Masters or Ph.D. in Data Science, Operations Research, Machine Learning/AI, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or another highly quantitative field.Experience and Skills:10+ years of hands-on data science experience with building, testing and deployment of AI/ML/OR models.5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing data science teams.Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences.Proven ability to drive, manage, and influence multiple, competing priorities and projects.Ability for up to 20% travel, including international travel.The anticipated base pay range for this position is competitive, and the Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.For more information about employee benefits, please visit: https://www.Careers.Nj.Com/employee-benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
