Director - Credit Structurer

Our client a leading Global Investment Bank that is seeking an innovative and strategic thinker to join their team as Director with expertise in CDS structuring, tranches, repacks, and who stands out as an idea generator.
As part of this role:
- Structure Complex Deals: Leverage your extensive experience with credit default swaps (CDS), crafting intricate structures that meet diverse investor requirements.

- Design Tranche Strategies: Apply sophisticated tranche techniques to manage risk-return profiles effectively within fixed-income portfolios.

- Repackaging Solutions Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in repack transactions by creating tailored solutions that address specific investment objectives.
Skills vital for success include:

1. Fixed Income Knowledge: Deep understanding of Fixed Income Securities which enables one to navigate through market complexities confidently.

2. Structuring Acumen: Proven ability working on complex structured products such as collateralised loan obligations or mortgage-backed securities.
3. Innovation Mindset: Ability not only follow trends but also set them by coming up with novel ideas leading new product development initiatives.
