Overview: The Corporate Business Development Director will join the IE's Global Market and Corporate Relations team whose responsibilities are devoted to the development and maintenance of new corporate accounts with a focus on the Middle East and Africa, which implies the development of an extensive commercial agenda.
Responsibilities: Development of new alliances for IE in MEABusiness and diagnostic projects development, consultative sales, benchmarking and strategic planning in diverse sectorsExecution of the strategy for business development, integrating a commercial plan and long-term objectivesCommercial activities: sales, co-creation and management of academic projects with IE's various schools and departments, for the development of long-term relationships with targeted and strategic accountsQualifications: Master's Degree.Fluency (written & oral) in both English and Spanish. Arabic is a plus.5+ years professional experience. Sales oriented. Experience in B2B sales will be considered.Skills for developing a corporate clientele; creating and delivering proposals; and the management and development of international projects.CRM experience, extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and other databases.Experience in Project management and coordination.Advanced capacity for analytic thinking and organization.Developed interpersonal skills, with ability to integrate and manage diverse groups.The position is based in Madrid, with extensive travel to other regions.
