Commercial Director Iberia - Pharmaceutical Our partner is a global organization specializing in providing medicines and innovative pharmaceutical solutions. With an established international presence, they collaborate with laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, and biotech firms to ensure access to advanced therapies and unique products.
Responsibilities: Establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients and entities in the healthcare sector, including manufacturers, key opinion leaders, pharmacies, and pharmacy purchasing groups.Increase sales of medicines under the Named Patient Program within the Spanish territory.Identify and analyse new business opportunities in the Spanish pharmaceutical market and optimize understanding of existing ones.Manage relationships with pharmaceutical distributors and wholesalers.Handle European regulatory aspects and coordinate with major pharmaceutical companies.Stay updated on clinical studies, the drug lifecycle, and ongoing research.Develop contacts with biotech companies.Monitor competitors' activities and products.Securing outsourcing agreements and managing the product lifecycle for laboratories, Big Pharma, and CROs in Iberia. Requirements: Strong knowledge of medical affairs, preferably in oncology or infectious diseases.Required languages: Spanish (fluent), English (fluent for negotiations). Portuguese is a plus.Experience in the Specialty Pharma field is highly valued.Proven success in start-up or small company environments.Availability to travel up to 50% of the time within the Spanish territory.
