Your mission The Director of Partner Success at Bitpanda will be responsible for driving partner satisfaction, retention, and growth by building and nurturing strong relationships with our BTS partner network. You will lead a team dedicated to ensuring our partners have the tools, resources, and support needed to maximise the value they deliver to their customers using our solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in partner management, customer success, and business development.

What you'll do Execute and Develop a comprehensive partner success strategy aligned with overall company goals.Identify opportunities for partners to expand their business with our solutions and work closely with them to drive growth or upsell / cross sell additional solutions. Lead and mentor a team of Partner Success Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities whilst delivering exceptional partner experiences. Proactively monitor key metrics related to partner satisfaction, retention, and growth; use data-driven insights to continuously improve partner success initiatives. Ensure regular engagements and business reviews with our Partners to review their business and jointly identify opportunities of business growth (eg user acquisition, marketing, additional assets/solution listings) Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges faced by partners, ensuring they are resolved quickly and effectively. Serve as an escalation point for partner-related issues and work to ensure a positive outcome for both the partner and the company. Work closely with sales, marketing, and product, teams to align partner success initiatives with overall company objectives. Support the Partner Enablement teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and go-live for our Partners Who you are: 8+ years of leadership experience in sales with strong foundations in partner management, customer success and business development in a SaaS or similar B2B enterprise environment, ideally in fintech and/or banking Experience leading and developing high-performing teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and key stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and act on key performance metrics. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
