The Associate Director Brand Leader for Consumer Marketing will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of consumer-focused marketing campaigns, within different Business Units.
This position will be responsible for building consumer marketing capabilities within the affiliate, motivating patients to seek information, engage with healthcare professionals, and fostering collaboration across multiple teams in a non-hierarchical environment.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Development and Patient Experience (60%) Lead and create Consumer marketing capabilities for the Iberia Hub.Design and lead disease state education (DSE) campaigns across various channels: digital, social media, television, live events, and more.Collaborate closely with central marketing teams and other key functions to define an effective media plan and a robust measurement framework in partnership with Consumer Analytics.Represent the patient's perspective within the brand team, ensuring an Integrated patient end-to-end Paid, Earned, Shared & Owned (PESO) experiences.Influence and align internal and external teams to deliver exceptional and consistent digital experiences.Oversee the implementation of tactics such as digital advertising, paid search, social media content, and digital innovation pilots.Brand Strategy and Execution (40%) Facilitate co-creation of campaigns with cross-functional teams to ensure cultural relevance in the local market.Manage relationships with creative agencies and external partners to develop impactful campaigns aligned with brand objectives.Act as a connector between internal and external teams, fostering collaboration and resolving challenges to achieve shared goals.Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies and messages as needed.Ensure compliance with regulatory, medical, and legal processes while effectively communicating requirements to all stakeholders.Oversee budgets for specific tactics, ensuring transparency and alignment with brand priorities.Core Leadership Skills Inspire and mobilize cross-functional teams toward shared objectives with or without reliance on hierarchical structures.Influence strategic decisions through persuasion, data-driven insights, and consensus-building.Promote a culture of collaboration, trust, and shared accountability among internal and external stakeholders.Resolve conflicts and manage competing priorities while maintaining a consumer-focused and results-driven approach.Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Communication, or related fields) + MBA or equivalent postgraduate studies in relevant fields.Experience: At least 7 years in consumer marketing, including experience in digital campaigns and data analysis.English: C1 / AdvancedSpanish: BilingualLocation: MadridProven ability to lead cross-functional teams in collaborative settings.Strong experience managing external agencies and driving effective project execution.Expertise in market research and innovative campaign development.Additional Preferences Experience in the health sector.Previous experience developing capabilities required to develop consumer-focused campaigns.Experience leading media strategies and high-impact digital campaigns.Ability to generate actionable insights from data analytics and market research.Strong multitasking and project management skills with a results-oriented mindset.Excellent communication and influencing skills within cross-functional environments.Additional Information Travel: 0-10%.Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
