Job Description:Our client, an international Business Consultancy firm based in over 40 countries, is seeking a Banking GTB Director for its offices in Madrid. The main responsibilities for the role are as follows:Responsible for managing fully the initiatives related to Business transformation, leveraging the E2E capabilities of the Global Corporate Banking practice.Evolve the value offer by incorporating the main trends of the corporate banking business and defining a new portfolio of initiatives and capabilities.Lead and present commercial activities and proposals, identifying opportunities by managing direct client relationships.Execute and follow up on the development of the account plan.Participate actively in the development of our Global Corporate Banking offering.Coordinate and take the lead within specific areas to further develop the Global Corporate Banking practice, such as developing analyses on market trends, researching global solutions, and benchmarking global banks.End-to-end project management, managing plans, deadlines, resources, tasks, and high-quality deliverables.Coordinate and drive meetings with our clients, including communication across different project areas (business, technology, etc.).Conflict resolution.Team management: Supervise consulting managers and senior consultants, organizing their work plans effectively, controlling the quality of their deliverables, and guiding them towards the adoption of the Company's quality standards.Support clients in the definition and execution of their strategic business transformation plans in GTB areas (Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Working Capital) and Global Lending areas (Project Finance and Syndication), covering the following products:Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Receivables-Factoring, Structured Trade, LCs.Payments, Instant Payments, Virtual Accounts, Cash Pooling.Project Finance and Bilateral & Syndicated Loans.Minimum Requirements:The ideal candidate will need to hold the following requirements:University degree (Business Management, Engineering, Economics, or similar). MBA, Master, or Postgraduate in Financial Markets.+8 years of experience, including working in the Consulting industry with Corporate Banking Business experience dealing with the described activities and leading teams.Familiarity within the consulting business with at least 5 years of experience in consulting for Corporate & Investment banks.Good knowledge of the Corporate Banking spectrum (Global Transactional Banking & Lending).Strong commercial skills, high communication, and networking skills.Result-oriented, quality assurance, and high-performance delivery.Fluent in English - written, spoken, and negotiation level.
