Dining Staff & Kitchen Staff (Botejyu Robinsons La Union)

Job Description Set up station, including cutting vegetables, fabrication of meats and seafood, marination, and portioning of ingredients. Cook food according to the standard recipe. Keep the work area clean at all times. Practice proper food handling from receiving, preparing, cooking, cooling, and storing ingredients. Assist the head of the kitchen with ordering supplies. Receive deliveries from suppliers. Assist colleagues as needed. Help monitor inventory, including monthly inventory counts. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors. Can start ASAP.
