ROLE: Digital Twin Delivery Lead EMEALOCATION: Europe, Middle East or Africa locations will be considered near to a Worley office

WHAT YOU WILL DO:Delivery of Digital Twin Projects to Worley ClientsPeople Management - building and leading the Digital Twin Delivery teamSales Support - validate deliverability of the proposalsThought Leadership - critical review of innovative ideas from a practical perspectiveWHAT YOU WILL NEED:Job Specific KnowledgeAn experienced manager with strong delivery and project P&L management skills.Deep understanding of solution & data architecture or data science, data processing, analytics & IoT systems.Track record in delivering complex digital programs that include creation, testing, implementation and scaling of various types of digital twins in capital projects and Operations environment.Specific experience in Digital Twins and Asset Performance Management is important.Industry Specific Experience15+ years in delivering digital solutions in Oil and Gas and/or Mining industries.10+ year hands on experience delivering analytics/predictive analytics solutions and/or digital twins.QualificationsAt least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and hands on experience deploying solutions in Oil and Gas and/or Mining.HSE CapabilityCompetent.IT SkillsStrong working knowledge of OPC, ETL, IoT and related technologies.Familiarity with Cognite, Bentley, Aveva and/or Hexagon would be an advantage.Strong understanding of solution & data architecture or strong data science background.People SkillsOutstanding communicator and demonstrated record of managing people and building teams.WHAT YOU WILL BRING:Background in Process Engineering for heavy industries would be desirable.Knowledge of Worley Data Centric Engineering and Design delivery systems would be an advantage – E3D/S3D, SPID, SPI, SPE and SPF.Knowledge of industry standards as ISO15926, ISO14224, CFIHOS (facilities handover), DEXPI (P&ID data exchange), FL3DMS (3D models) and CAPE-OPEN (process modelling software interoperability) would be an advantage.2+ years of strong experience with cloud services (Azure preferred).Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure) including microservices, IaaS, PaaS, and distributed architectures.Ability to plan, orchestrate effectively across organizational boundaries.Demonstrate customer interaction professionalism - listening, ability to ask insightful questions, build consensus, advance opportunities to next level.Ability to frame customer business and technical imperatives, and inspiring confidence with a variety of internal and external constituents.Build alliances and seek cross-functional support to achieve success.Must have ability to build relationships with the customer IT and technical stakeholders.Requires knowledge of how to create packaged, containerized solutions to simplify the delivery, installation, and operation of services.Experience with cloud and on-premise solution security and compliance controls required.Plan, organize and scale the high-quality delivery required within set timeline and deadlines.Identify and implement architecture best practices and standards.Technical acumen required for system scalability, availability, and performance activities.Capable of technical deep dives into infrastructure, databases, and applications as needed, yet cognitively agile enough to have strategy discussions with leadership.Must have Agile mindset and understand SCRUM methodology and have worked on a Scrum team.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately with corporate executives and technical teams.Excellent influencing and reasoning skills; good at conflict resolution and consensus building.Ability to occasionally travel to customer sites.Experience building & managing high performing teams.Big 4 consulting experience is desired but not required.Moving Forward: We want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
