We are looking for a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in the digitalization of telecom or electrical infrastructure, and similar infrastructures using advanced point cloud processing techniques.
This expert is proficient in leveraging Autodesk software, particularly Revit, to create precise Building Information Models (BIM) and implement automation solutions that streamline and enhance the digitalization process and Export to Open BIM standards.
What you will do: Digitalization of Telecom/Electrical Infrastructure Point Cloud Processing Very Complex BIM Modelling with Revit Handling and Delivery of structured data following OPENBIM formats Automation Workflow Optimization with dynamo What you bring who you are: Master's in engineering/Geomatics/Architecture A proven track record of successful projects in the digitalization of telecom or electrical infrastructure, with a portfolio showcasing BIM models and automation solutions that demonstrate their expertise.
Proficient in processing and analysing point clouds to extract detailed geometric and topological data for telecom or electrical towers, electrical substations, and/or other critical infrastructure.
Skilled in using tools like Autodesk ReCap, CloudCompare, and specialized plugins for Revit.
Expert in creating highly accurate and detailed BIM models from point clouds using Autodesk Revit.
Experienced in managing large datasets and integrating various data sources to produce comprehensive models that support design, analysis, and maintenance tasks.
Strong knowledge of Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) and open BIM standards, ensuring interoperability and data exchange between different BIM tools and platforms.
Experienced in exporting, importing, and validating IFC files within Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
Strong background in developing and implementing automation scripts (e.g., Dynamo, Python) to optimize workflows in Revit and other Autodesk tools.
Focused on improving efficiency, reducing manual tasks, and ensuring consistent quality in digital models.
knowledge of the specific requirements and challenges associated with the digitalization of telecom or electrical towers, electrical substations, and/or related infrastructure.
Familiar with industry standards, and best practices.
Experienced in leading and managing digitalization projects, including coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, managing timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Skilled in communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
An expert in Autodesk Revit and dynamo, and proficient in Autodesk ReCap, CloudCompare, and Navisworks.
Proficient in English, German is an advantage.
