.DescriptionAs Digital Transformation Specialist/Trainer you will lead the high-impact portfolio, bridge technology and business need, and deliver tangible results.You are accountable for developing, implementing and executing the IT capability within that practice area to plan and build IT solutions resulting from Business of Functions.You will work in a multinational team dealing with one or more projects/programs and act as single point of contact (SPOC) towards IT Technology and the business for these transformational projects/programs.You are responsible for interaction with functional/business unit leadership to monitor and execute theprojects/ programs.Our flexible work practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow. For this role we follow a hybrid / remotwork structure where you can work remotely or from the office, as needed, based on demands of specific tasks or personal work preferences.Your responsibilitiesThe first and key responsibility of this role is to build a global training team to support the Power Grids Transformers (PGTR) as their PLM program drives PLM best practices and tools out to our 70+ global factoriesAs PLM Training Manager, you will define the organization and various training approaches to achieve Organizational Change Management, to train users in Hitachi Transformers best practices processes in the PLM Digitalization space.
