The Retail & Commercial Division aims to transform the business by defining and implementing the global strategy and ambition for R&C business across all geographies according to the principles outlined in the operating model.
This will include the definition of the key strategic objectives and the instruments for achieving them, with a focus on: Product and customer experience simplification and standardization across countries.
Process automation and organization delayering and simplification.
Common technology platform deployment, with global T&O outflow management.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Mission Support the Global team of Santander Retail and Commercial in delivering the strategic agenda of the division, leading the activities required to govern the division on an ongoing basis as well as to transform the business.
Responsibilities Contribute to setting the strategic agenda of the division and support in the delivery of the Transformation program.
Assist the Global Head of R&C in his leadership role, preparing Senior Management presentations and developing documents for Group level governance (Board of Directors, Executive Committee).
Ensure the appropriate execution of the internal governance procedures.
Requisites / Profile: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or similar.
MBA/Master in finance would be valuable.
Minimum years of relevant experience.
Basic/medium financial knowledge desirable.
Proactive, creative, and hard-working candidate with high analytical and problem-solving skills (consulting experience valuable).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Advanced level of Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
The candidate will be based in Madrid.
