About the Job
The E2E Digital Transformation Manager – Supply Chain Planning (f/m/d) will be responsible for developing, scoping, and assisting in delivering digital supply chain solutions for Straumann Group across different brands, business units, and geographies. This will be done in a way that aligns with the group's core belief of customer obsession.
This individual will need to possess a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain planning processes within the Straumann Group. This understanding will enable them to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring that their efforts are intricately aligned with our overarching E2E Supply Chain Digitalization strategy.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Design, Develop and Implement End-to-End Supply Chain Planning Processes
Align with business owners for the global design and implementation of E2E supply chain planning processes.
Design, build, modify, and enhance SC Planning application models to support business processes.
Monitor data flows to ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate.
Continuously optimize to maintain and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain planning processes.
Define and administer user roles and permissions in the Integrated Business Planning System.
Engage in Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct a thorough analysis of existing supply chain processes and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement through digitalization. Streamline workflows and incorporate industry best practices to drive efficiency improvements.
Project Management with Stakeholders: Effectively manage projects in collaboration with key stakeholders, including IT – SAP, Data & Tech teams, and Data Analysts, to attain the desired outcomes and objectives. Change Management Oversight: Effectively manage change by providing training and support to individuals and stakeholders affected by the transformation, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adaptationto new processes and technologies.
Act as the subject matter expert and process owner of E2E Supply Chain Planning Processes.
About the ideal candidates
Education and experience
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, commercial and or business administration
5+ years business experience in related fields (e.g., supply chain, logistics, distribution, WH management)
Must have previous experience enabling Integrated Business Planning/Sales & Operations Planning, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning capabilities and tools (preferred Anaplan)
Fluent English spoken and written, other languages are an asset (DE/FR/ES/PT)
Ability to communicate effectively and influence decision-making.
Understanding of customers' business and supply chain needs to design effective solutions
Familiarity with digital technologies and process design.
Proven track record in global supply chain management, including S&OP, Integrated Business Planning, & MRP tools.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
