The patients, selected by the diabetes doctor, are then referred to the Phygital Training Project Specialist directly by field colleagues (Therapy Sales Specialists).The Phygital Training Project Specialist is therefore the reference web-based figure for patients who use our devices, a professional guide specialized in virtual activities and competent on the technical aspects of individual products. The activity of the Phygital Training Project Specialist provides about 80% of virtual trainings for patients and about 20% of activities in the territory at the centers, independently if required, as support to the Therapy Sales Specialists. It is therefore necessary that this figure interacts, at least periodically and when necessary, with the healthcare personnel (HCP) representatives of the centers and constantly interfaces with Therapy Sales Specialists, Therapy Training Specialists, Therapy Sales Coordinators, and District Managers, in order to better organize their remote support.A Day in the LifeRemote technical training for new patients, followed by a planned follow-up process aimed at monitoring the correct use of the devices and answering doubts/questions/curiosities.Making follow-up and troubleshooting requested by field colleagues in agreement with the diabetologists and the patient, organized according to the availability of the shared agenda of the Phygital Training Project Specialist.Supporting the doctors and patients to access the data management platforms (CareLink, MiniMed mobile, Medtronic Connect, Guardian, Penny, and future applications).Some fixed days of the month, acting as a technological support and/or online chat for non-urgent questions or doubts on various issues related to devices.Supporting or replacing the field colleagues as needed in their training activities in the area and contacts with the reference diabetologists, and always staying up to date on how training is carried out on our new devices on the market, thus facilitating his virtual training activity.Providing feedback on training sessions to field colleagues and periodic reports on his territory activities and relationships with colleagues, directly to the Technical Consultant Manager.Participating in cluster and area meetings for regular discussions in order to optimize and improve the virtual activity.Providing suggestions and requests to Marketing to create and refine useful tools for the web-based approach
