Working with the retail and marketing teams to ensure that all campaigns are aligned. Trading: Managing onsite content and digital marketing imagery. Ensuring content and translation of all e-commerce email communication (order confirmations, delivery, abandoned basket, etc.) are accurate. Creating briefs and working with merchandisers, production teams, and design teams to manage workflows and ensure projects are delivered on time. Help determine the appropriate enhancements and upgrades that are required to the International digital marketing infrastructure to deliver the current and future needs of the international business. Keeping to deadlines. Completing all product copy with 100% accuracy and in a manner which helps maximize sales and SEO. Run and improve the social media strategy for the fascia across multiple social channels. Continually monitor relevant competitors and inspiration sources to report to the wider team. Ensure brand guidelines and creative consistency is executed across the full estate including desktop, mobile, app, kiosk, iPad, and any additional digital builds. Making sure all of these channels are fully up to date with the latest campaign and marketing imagery. Ensure that the customer journey is smooth and effective from all marketing touchpoints through to purchase. Reporting on performance for local market net sales, GP%, conversion, and sessions. Team Work: Working with the performance teams and constantly analyzing key website metrics including visitor numbers, get to product, add to basket, checkout completion, and conversion rates. This includes all elements of the experience: search, navigation, photography, copy, mobile, and kiosks. Working with digital Lead to implement best-in-class digital customer acquisition techniques for the market, to ensure that high volumes of new customers are acquired profitably by the business through all appropriate digital marketing channels.
