- Clear trading plan by respective market is co-ordinated and executedfor the financial year.
- Working closely with the merchandising, content and marketingteams to ensure that the marketing calendar is aligned with keytrading periods.
- Working with the retail and marketing teams to ensure that allcampaigns are aligned.TradingManaging onsite content and digital marketing imagery.Ensuring content and translation of all e-commerce emailcommunication (order confirmations, delivery, abandoned basket etc)are accurate.Creating briefs and working with merchandisers, production teamsand design teams to manage workflows and ensure projects aredelivered on time.Help determine the appropriate enhancements and upgrades that arerequired to the International digital marketing infrastructure todeliver the current and future needs of the international business.Keeping to deadlines.Completing all product copy with 100% accuracy and in a mannerwhich helps maximise sales and SEO.Run and improve the social media strategy for the fascia acrossmultiple social channels.Continually monitor relevant competitors and inspiration sources toreport to the wider team.Ensure brand guidelines and creative consistency is executed acrossthe full estate including desktop, mobile, app, kiosk, iPad and anyadditional digital builds. Making sure all of these channels are fully upto date with the latest campaign and marketing imagery.Ensure that the customer journey is smooth and effective from allmarketing touch points through to purchase.Reporting on performance for local market net sales, GP%, conversionand sessions.Team workWorking with the performance teams and constantly analysing keywebsite metrics including visitor numbers, get to product, add tobasket, checkout completion and conversion rates. This includes allelements of the experience: search, navigation, photography, copy, mobile, andkiosks.Working with digital Lead to implement best in class digital customeracquisition techniques for the market, to ensure that high volumes ofnew customers are acquired profitably by the business through allappropriate digital marketing channels.Deputising for other markets on short term basis.What We're Looking For:Excellent communication and organizational skills.Conscientious, organized and thorough with a drive to constantly improve ways of working.Previous experience working in the retail industry or other fast-paced environments would be advantageous.The ability to have a strong impact and influence key decisions.Bilingual or Native Dutch.
