About the BRIDGE program You will be a part of the PMI's family during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program, you will perceive a monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa.
Who we're looking for A recent degree in marketing, business management, communication or similar.
Working fluency in English (B2 level and above).
Excel and Digital Tool Experience is a plus.
Eagerness to work in a digital environment.
A strong customer focus mindset.
Strong goal-oriented commercial skills.
Ability to work with ambiguity: you are change agile, can decide and act without having the full picture, comfortably handle risk and uncertainty.
Effective communication skills.
Responsibilities You will be part of the digitalization of our trade partners in Philip Morris Spain. We look for support for the implementation of a new NPS system for our trade partners, manage the daily tasks of our community management platform for the Trade Partners (tobacconists), implement solutions to gain synergies between the departments' strategy and the field sales force needs.
Management of the trade partners database: update contact, change segments, upload points.
Reporting on retailers' performance and KPIs.
Contact point with support center to solve any issue related with the digital platform.
Liaise with other departments to create necessary content and communication.
