Through our comprehensive integration solutions, we provide a complete international checkout experience, covering local duties, taxes, fulfillment, delivery management, global returns, and payment processing.Digital Store Operator Specialist is responsible for handling Store front and back-office configurations and operations, using ESW proprietary merchant and other ecommerce tools.You'll become an important member of the client facing team and will be expected to take ownership for the delivery of content, pricing, and product's catalogue updates. You'll be a pivotal point of communication, able to provide technical support and expertise to both, client, and internal teams when i.E.: designing campaigns, planning sales events, organizing seasonal updates.ResponsibilitiesCatalog and Product Management: Creation and update of the product catalog and prices of the e-store.Content Management: CMS related operations, to update creative and copy on the storefront.Promotions and Merchandising support: Use ESW merchant tool to configure Discount campaigns, price updates and schedule other CMS related tasks.UAT: Perform storefront and feature UAT.Trainings: Provide trainings and the know-how on ESW ecommerce tools to your client(s), and creation of supporting documentation.Marketplaces: Support marketplace team with North America marketplace operations for one of our clients.Reporting: Provide raw data reports using excel and ESW ecommerce reporting tools.Mailing: Plan, prepare and complete mass email notifications.Requirements1+ year experience on handling digital store operations, content management and/or marketplaces.Experience using tools such as Magento, Shopify will be valuable although not a must.Experience using builder.Io or similar CMS will be preferred.You will be using tools like Excel on regular basics to organize, review large volumes of data, prepare catalogue updates and coordinate with your team.You are a real e-commerce enthusiast, with a desire to work and evolve with one of the leaders in the D2C industry.A proactive, communicative and well-organized individual who can think out of the box, and take the initiative whist working within an energetic and international team.All our clients are international clients thus: English is a must, French and Spanish a Plus.What's on offer?Competitive salary and benefits: Your financial well being is important to us.
