You will joun the Digital Portfolio Governance department.Main Tasks:StrategicDefine and maintain the Sourcing Strategy for Digital (including multiyear sourcing roadmaps)Support the definition of a general approach for DIGITAL Make Or Buy Strategy and out-sourcing optimizationMaintain the strategic and operational Supplier Governance framework for DIGITALSourcing and Contract ManagementTo lead major bids (as core member of the MFT- Multi-Functional Team ), support the team during the tender process for DIGITAL (Information Management) services and development projects and evaluate impact of strategic sourcing decisionsTo prepare reports on contracts, spend, savings and suppliers performance in alignment with key stakeholdersTo support the operational digital teams with know-how and best-practice to define requirements and statements of work (waterfall, agile, devops, run)To manage compliance to the procurement process, tracking and reporting and to propose mitigation actions in case of deviationsTo manage the Sourcing and Contract Management internal Community (publication of news, trainings and best practices)Supplier Performance ManagementSetup and maintain Supplier Performance Management Framework (Processes, Methods Tools)Manage supplier steering'sDevelop and control Transformation and continuous improvement activities along the contract LiveCycleRequirements:Proficient oral and written communication skills in English and SpanishLead multi functional teams and ability to interface with internal and external partiesSupplier Management, Sourcing processes and tools knowledgeSupplier Performance Management from a strategic and operational view IT Background with process know how in Information Technology Infrastructure Library and/or IT-project management International experienceWHICH BENEFITS WILL YOU HAVE AS AIRBUS EMPLOYEE?
