Position Description:Works closely with the OTC Marketing and KAM Iberia Teams, providing and executing comprehensive, high-quality digital marketing content, with SEO, SEM, and SEARCH strategy and plan, in alignment with Head Digital Marketing.
The role interacts with key suppliers, digital agencies, internal stakeholders, and functions, and sits on internal and external cross-functional teams.
Develop content aligned with corporate strategy related to core brands at OTC level.
The position interacts with employees and customers.
Functions, Duties, Tasks:Develop and work on the implementation of the e-commerce playbook, collaborating with global e-commerce manager, local brand managers, and customer marketing manager on developing and managing e-commerce focused materials and tools.Work closely with our key accounts manager team for e-commerce through co-branded promotional and e-commerce opportunities.Facilitate digital projects, including working with IT partners and global digital marketing, to support business and brand objectives.Monitor e-commerce market dynamics, interact with major e-comm players when needed, propose and implement specific actions aligned with Affiliate's business model and objectives in alignment with MK and Sales.Develop and follow Digital and E-Commerce Audits (in and out).Manage social media and web analytics and reporting, ensuring appropriate tracking is in place on websites for media campaigns, and key stakeholders including the brand team and agency partners are updated regularly.Maintenance of our Digital Platforms (Mi Elanco).Review content behavior: Monitor the content plan, measurement and analysis of objectives and analysis of traffic metrics and search new digital opportunities (Teach, Meta, app).Maintenance of BBDD.Minimum Qualification:Bachelor's degree.
MBA or similar in Digital Marketing.Minimum of 5 years Business E-Commerce Digital Marketing with strong analytical capabilities.
Understanding of current digital trends and activation of B2C and B2B digital strategies.Experience of working with cross-functional teams and projects including interactions with other service providers.Additional Preferences:Required Skills:Empathy and passion for the veterinary animal health business.Demonstrable passion for digital.Positive attitude and according to Elanco cultural pillars.Demonstrated experience in working effectively with teams and various functional areas.Collaborative and oriented to teamwork in a proactive way with a high degree of customer focus.Excellent organizational and implementation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including English—written and verbal).Ability to influence and deliver results through others.Personal accountability and strong drive for execution.Ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks.Mastery of and compliance with project approval requirements, Elanco policies and procedures.Professional marketing qualification desirable.3+ years of experience in Digital Area (SEO / SEM / Loyalty Programs).Preferred Skills:A focus on and understanding of the customer with developed insights of customer value requirements and to be able to articulate these requirements into meaningful brand product positions.
