Position OverviewWork with clients of all levels, in all our industries, across a certain geographical market. Responsible for quickly developing and transacting orders with a growing emphasis on nurturing long lasting relationships between customers and Autodesk. Establish Customer portfolio through MQLs, assigned Accounts and inbound customers. You will manage the whole sales cycle with your customer portfolios.
ResponsibilitiesManage & Establish your customer portfolio inbound and outbound engagement on leads, existing customer and new customerIdentify customer type/needs in discovery conversationsCreate, build, close and transact a qualified pipeline of customersFully qualify and map partners, business processes and technical requirements on dealsDrive additional revenue opportunities by applying incremental programs or projects initiated by AutodeskCreate and manage a database of leads using Salesforce, efficiently processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting and maintaining to close or transferring to appropriate teamManaging time effectively by multitasking among outbound calls, inbound calls, training, administration and career developmentNavigate multiple processes externally and internally in a fast paced environmentMinimum QualificationsExperience with salesNative Swedish, Norwegian or FinnishAdvanced level of EnglishStrong outbound calling skillsStrong verbal and written skillsDesired experience in the software or SaaS sales environment, working with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical areaExperience closing business directly using appropriate tools/systems is a plusFamiliarity with sales processes and certain selling methodologiesAbility to adapt quickly and manage difficult situations while maintaining positive attitudeHighly skilled at multi-tasking with the ability to quickly adapt and learnAbility to think outside the box as needed with an instinct for innovationAbility to build collaborative relationships within sales as well as sales support to facilitate a better customer experienceAbility to own a complete sales cycle from lead generation to close
