RESPONSIBILITIES Ensuring a lead conversion rate by qualifying all new leads coming in via Salesforce CRM and finding solutions for them using digital means. Providing customer and prospect customer support for all operational and technical questions. Ensuring complete processing of orders, meeting customer expectations and maintaining communication throughout the entire process. Acting entrepreneurially by developing exceptional customer relationships through regular telephone and e-mail, identifying, and exploiting business potential for further nurturing and transfer into industry teams. Independently and efficiently managing customer complaints in coordination with company interfaces to maintain a positive external presentation. Continuously developing and maintaining a network with internal departments (logistics, supply chain, finance, etc.) to professionally meet customer requirements. Executing lead conversion activities after the central execution of marketing campaigns. Understanding, implementing, and further developing digital sales processes to achieve the highest possible efficiency in lean customer management. QUALIFICATIONS Well-founded commercial or technical training, desirable Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or application technology. In-depth knowledge of the market, industry, and product. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and persuasive demeanor. Proactive mindset and ability to drive business growth. Fluency in the local language and proficiency in spoken and written English, additional foreign language skills are advantageous. Proficiency in SAP, CRM, and customer care software. Strong collaborative abilities and e ffective communication skills.
