Position Overview
Autodesk is looking for a dynamic Digital Sales Team Manager with natural sales instincts and ethical values to lead our office-based sales team of Digital Sales Representatives.
Your primary focus will be on leading your team to over-achieve sales targets, excel in customer satisfaction, and reach new heights of professional development.
We are looking for someone passionate about helping others grow their sales career, courageous, and someone who thinks as a founder. You will report to the Senior Manager of Digital Sales and work hybrid/remote in the Barcelona office.
Responsibilities Hire, coach, and motivate a team of Digital Sales Representatives covering the Southern Europe region.Achieve and exceed quarterly targets of closed business and pipeline.Ensure the collaboration between Digital Sales Reps and Territory Sales is successful.Motivate individuals and the team to exceed their sales goals through deal coaching, sales skills, product skills training, and regular communication of results.Work with Marketing to build campaigns that ensure lead quality and quantity with proper closed-loop metric reporting.Report on team and individual results: pipeline, conversion rates, and billings accomplishment.Work with internal sales operations partners and identify and make recommendations for improvement in sales productivity.Develop your Reps into sales-ready professionals for the next step in their careers.Align with Marketing, Digital E-Commerce, and Sales operations to re-design customer pathways and thereby grow territory numbers.Foster a purposeful environment where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work.Minimum Qualifications 5+ years extensive and proven experience in sales in enterprise applications, with experience in over-achievement of quota expectations.2+ years of people management experience.Experience establishing communication and engagement with your team and customers.Prior inside sales experience (ideally in technology sales).Promote and improve your sales skills through on-the-job coaching, self-learning, and as defined by Autodesk sales career progression framework.Be visionary and objective in your leadership approach.Fluency in English, French, or other European languages.Salary Transparency
