Our team is made up of 14 people, in charge of managing different portfolios of assigned accounts and developing opportunities in international markets (DACH (DE+AT+CH) and Poland). We expect you to make your own executive decisions daily and shape the relationship with the clients in the long run. Proactivity, independence, and a problem-solving mindset are a must for this role as you'll have full responsibility for increasing our client base and overall revenue for the region.
What you will do: Manage a portfolio of accounts by monitoring and analyzing key metrics to ensure that we are delivering our commitments to existing clients. Identify further business opportunities (new services, product features, or budget expenditure approach). Establish and maintain collaboration with prospects and clients to understand their needs and propose valuable strategic advice while taking a consultative approach. Generate new business opportunities to develop the company's presence in different countries for Properties, Jobs, and Car verticals.

Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience in a digital business.Sales-driven approach, as this is a market development type of role.Affinity for acquiring new business, doing sales pitches, and general business development.Solid knowledge of Online Marketing Metrics and business models such as CPC, CPM, and CPL.Strong experience managing online market campaigns, and familiar with sharing results and strategies with clients.Online marketing knowledge and experience with web analytics, SEM, SEO, and CRM.Experience working with DACH (DE+AT+CH) & Poland markets.A fluent level of English (native or near-native), and German is nice to have.Some of the things that will help you to perform at your best (aka perks!): Hybrid Model: 4 work-from-home days per week and 1 day at our fantastic office in Barcelona.Salary Range: between 33.000€ and 35.000€ gross annually with a 4.000€ or 6.000€ annual bonus (included).Private health insurance to support you to be at your best.Online therapy to boost well-being.Online language lessons for all levels (English, Spanish, French, Italian).Ongoing training & learning opportunities.Flexible time off.
