The purpose of the organization is to support the Customer Success board area with a broad range of services and methodologies across the customer journey to guarantee the acquisition of net-new customers and the successful adoption and expansion of our products.
The Digital Sales Development team guides and influences customers to take informed decisions in the early stages of their digital transformation journey by creating a world-class engagement experience. This team is responsible for building and nurturing a pipeline of sales opportunities and incremental revenue aligned with the Sales and Marketing teams, focusing on prospecting into the SAP install base and net new name accounts.
Key Responsibilities & TasksThe purpose of this position is to extend SAP's market coverage in the dedicated segment by generating new pipeline in Romania:
Executing Targeted Outbound Campaigns via phone, chat, and email. Leads will be qualified according to the applicable methodology and handed over to Sales using standard global process.Accelerating pipeline and increasing conversion by executing programmatic recycled (discontinued / disqualified leads) and reconstituted nurturing (aged pipeline).Nurturing leads received from other demand generation functions and progressing stalled pipeline.The Digital Sales Development Associate generates and qualifies leads through proper means and nurtures aging leads and opportunities, eventually handing over fully qualified leads to the assigned account executives for further sales progress.
Campaign Execution & Lead ManagementPlan and execute call and e-mail activities to generate leads using the most efficient means together with manager/expert.Support and cooperate with Corporate Marketing, Field Marketing, Solution Specialists, and Account Executives.Align with Sales colleagues for the most effective territory planning and execution, covering all routes to market.Regularly review lead pipeline and progression. Proactively give qualitative and quantitative feedback to Marketing on campaigns using standard procedures and reports.Training & EnablementAssist in activities to enhance demand generation and product/solution skills.Be an active part of either classroom, e-learning, virtual classroom, or mentor-lead activities.Complete and validate all requested enablement in a timely manner.Experience and Languages Requirements1 to 2 years of experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment.Preferably Digital (Remote) Experience, specifically in high volume of customer-facing experience, phone-centric work.Fluency in English & Romanian required.Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.SAP is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
