Job Profile The Digital Sales Development team guides and influences customers to take informed decisions in the early stages of their digital transformation journey by creating a world-class engagement experience. This team is responsible for building and nurturing a pipeline of sales opportunities and incremental revenue aligned with the Sales and Marketing teams.
As a Digital Sales Development Associate, you will work with a team focused on sourcing and nurturing demand to grow SAP's Cloud ERP & LoB footprint in NNN & IB across all industries.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks Executing targeted outbound campaigns via phone, chat, and email.Accelerating pipeline and increasing conversion by executing programmatic recycled and reconstituted nurturing.Nurturing leads received from other demand generation functions and progressing stalled pipeline.Generating and qualifying leads through proper means and nurturing aging leads.Planning and executing call and email activities to generate leads.Supporting and cooperating with Corporate Marketing, Field Marketing, Solution Specialists, and Account Executives.Aligning with Sales colleagues for effective territory planning and execution.Regularly reviewing lead pipeline and providing feedback to Marketing on campaigns.Training & Enablement: Assisting in activities to enhance demand generation and product/solution skills.Participating in classroom, e-learning, virtual classroom, or mentor-led activities.Completing and validating all requested enablement in a timely manner.Experience and Languages Requirements 1 to 2 years of experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment.Preferably Digital (Remote) Experience, specifically in high volume of customer-facing experience.Fluency in English & Romanian required.Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.Bring out your best SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
