This position reports directly to the Managing Director, offering a unique chance to shape and drive the success of a cutting-edge product from the ground up.As the Digital Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business development, working with Marketing to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, and converting leads into paying clients. This role will have full ownership of Willow360's online marketing strategy.Job ResponsibilitiesCampaign Creation and Execution: Take full ownership of planning, creating, and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, web) to promote Willow360 to the B2B market.New Business Development: Proactively seeking and identifying new B2B opportunities by targeting relevant businesses through online outreach and digital campaigns.Content Development: Develop marketing content and digital assets, ensuring consistency with company branding and communication guidelines.Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the development and marketing teams to refine campaign strategies, optimize messaging, and improve lead quality.Sales Conversion: Convert leads into clients by showcasing Willow360's value through digital content.Data Management: Track and analyse sales metrics and performance indicators, providing regular reports to managementMarket Insights and Strategy: Provide ongoing feedback from the market, including customer needs, competitor activity, and product improvement suggestions.Leadership and Expansion: Should Willow360 prove successful this role may expand into managing a small team to further develop and grow the product's market presence.Required Skills and ExperienceExperience in Sales and Digital Marketing: At least 2 years of experience in both B2B software sales and digital marketing, with a proven ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns.Content Creation Expertise: Ability to create engaging digital content, and marketing materials.Business Development: Strong background in business development, with experience in identifying new market opportunities.Project Management and Leadership: Experience managing projects and teams is a plus, as this role may grow into a leadership position based on product success.Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns. Excel in delivering measurable results, with a particular focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO)
