We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, corporate security, governance, operational resilience, risk and compliance. Digital Risk Governance & Control is a key part of the Security Team, defining and advancing the company's risk and control strategy for digital-related topics. - Support the regulatory monitoring operating model implemented for Swiss Re's digital and technology scope covering cyber security, general IT, outsourcing, operational resilience and artificial intelligence. This involves:
- Monitoring the regulatory landscape for requirements relevant to Swiss Re
- Assessing Swiss Re's compliance status in accordance with such regulatory requirements
- Coordinate and manage key stakeholders at group and local legal entity levels to ensure compliance assessments and implementation activities are appropriately and timely performed
- Provide management information to the different stakeholders
- Contribute to the ongoing continuous improvement of the regulatory monitoring operating model

- What we need from you:A good level of understanding of IT environments, processes and controls. Experience in working with technology related regulations (e.G., cyber security, operational resilience, outsourcing) is a plus.Degree or qualification in Business or IT related subject area or equivalent technical and legal/paralegal experience.Passion, drive and a belief in the value of digital and technology risk management as an enabler of business performance.The ability to communicate, collaborate and influence across a broad spectrum of stakeholders – including IT security teams, technology management and legal & compliance experts.A high level of integrity, result-oriented approach, and composure under pressure.Fluency in spoken and written English.
