Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share within the digital business segment of the e-tailer channel. Align sales strategies with overall business objectives.Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, competitors strategies, customer preferences and growth opportunities within the digital business segment. Utilize insights to develop actionable strategies and stay ahead of market changes.Provide support, direction and guidance to regional eKAMs in developing and executing sales strategies for their respective markets. Assist in negotiations, business planning, and strategic account management to drive sales growth and profitability.Lead global sales monitoring & reporting initiatives, including P&L analysis, sell-in & sell-out analysis, and other key performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on sales data and market trends.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain, to align digital business strategies with overall business objectives. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of sales initiatives.Lead and develop a team of sales professionals (3), providing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to drive individual and team success. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture focused on achieving business goals.Are you the one we are waiting for?
Education: University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or similar. MBA degree preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience performing similar functions in online retailers, Experience in international markets.
Languages: Fluent in English, Spanish speaking preferred but not mandatory.
IT: Google Suite
Others: Able to interact easily with other people. Dynamic person, positive attitude, Willingness to travel.
