CRAFT Worldwide is looking for a Ecommerce Quality Analyst to work with our clients from the beauty sector.Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of all master materials, from receipt to final delivery to DAM and PIM platforms. You will also take on a range of tasks and responsibilities to support our projects.RESPONSIBILITIES:Quality review of the incoming and outgoing video and digital assets of the DAM platform, ensuring accurate metadata tagging.Ensure assigned projects meet agreed-upon functional specifications and QA standards.Manage projects involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring that production quality and delivery timelines are met, particularly for key marketplaces like Amazon and other European platforms.Collaborate under guidance to achieve high levels of aesthetic and technical quality.Test deliverables on platforms like DV360, Litmus, etc., to maximize performance.Create and execute test scenarios based on business requirements, analyzing results.Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are fixed.Document, track, and verify defects and resolutions in projects.Archive files correctly on storage servers for efficient future retrieval.Stay updated with new testing tools.REQUIRED SKILLS:Intermediate skills in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Media Encoder).Experience working with diverse asset types, Product Detail Pages (PDPs), newsletters, social media assets, and other e-commerce materials including video.Background in manual testing for email and display projects.Strong understanding of QA methodologies and tools.Proficiency with delivery platforms such as Peach, DV360 and PIM platforms such as Pimcore, Saleslayer or Salsify.Experience with creative hygiene tools for social media assets.Ability to handle large volumes of files and metadata with exceptional attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Positive, collaborative attitude with a results-driven approach.An enthusiastic team player.Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Spanish.ADDED SKILLS:Knowledge of or interest in Automation and AI processes.Proficiency in Excel.WHAT WE OFFER:Indefinite contract.Competitive salary, negotiable according to experience.23 working days of vacation (+ 2 long weekends of your choice).Your birthday off!Incorporation in a multinational company with high professional, economic and financial solvency that leads new, innovative and large-scale projects.#Hybrid model.ABOUT CRAFT:To achieve success in the world of global adaptation and production, you need more than just clear processes and smart technology; you need true craftsmen and women - people who care deeply about their clients' brands and who work tirelessly to drive maximum cost savings for a client while ensuring that each brand's story remains impactful as it travels around the world.Craft currently employs over 1000 full-time employees, operating in 120 countries with hubs in 17 strategic locations specializing in broadcast/video production, print production, digital production and global translation.While we are wholly owned by McCann World group, we have been purposely established as a truly independent company within the Interpublic Group of Companies.McCann Worldgroup is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
