Position: Manufacturing Maintenance Digital Project Manager (SAP4HANA) Location: Valladolid, Spain Work regime: On-site (there may be the possibility of a hybrid regime) Overview: The Manufacturing Maintenance Digital Project Manager is the leader and driver of the digital transformation in the manufacturing and maintenance business area. Will be responsible for the technical development of new tools, following the manufacturing and maintenance departments in the factories needs, respecting the standards marked by the HMS and IS/IT teams and respecting the strategy and QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery). Plays a crucial role in optimizing the manufacturing lines, reducing costs, ensuring tools integrity, and contributing to sustainability efforts. Mission: To ensure that the digital products meet the needs and expectations of the users and the quality. This person will contribute to the innovation and improvement of the metaverse-digital products and services and will also support the implementation of SAP4HANA in the manufacturing / maintenance domains and other applications related to this domain. The tasks that a digital project manager should do are: Provide end-to-end project management. Scope project requirements and prepare budget. Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress. Collaborate with internal teams or external suppliers to design, develop and implement digital projects, IS/IT, excellence team. Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met. Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications. Monitor and report with Analytics metrics concerning usage, savings and other KPIs. Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues. Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects. Present the project to the client in different stages. Negotiate or assist in negotiations with the client and other stakeholders. Apply a methodology of work and define deadlines. Bridge the communication and be the reference point for all parties involved. Education & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, or any Engineering branch. Previous management experience, project management, digital engineering or in a similar field (minimum 3 years). Knowledge of manufacturing and maintenance environment. Familiarity with digital tools, ERP, GMAO, and data analysis tools. Extensive experience in leadership and team management roles (direct & cross-functional). High level of English and Spanish, other European language is valuable. Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders effectively. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment. The ability to identify and address manufacturing and maintenance challenges creatively and efficiently seeking opportunities for improvement and looking for savings. Good resilience and adaptability.
