Professionals that we empower to become leaders of change and to build meaningful careers.Your mission As part of the corporate digital capabilities team, we are currently looking for a Digital Project Manager - CRM reporting to the Head of Digital Capabilities .Your mission will be: As a key role in our corporate digital capabilities team, you will lead projects and manage the end-to-end CRM life-cycle program.You will work closely with the business areas (commercial operations, marketing and medical) collaborating and accompanying them throughout the most suitable solutions and supporting the digital transformation.Responsibilities Coordinate demand and needs with the business areas, understanding the processes and proposing solutions and improvements according to viability, scalability and value.Lead the development of CRM projects at a cross-functional level, defining from their functional and technological requirements to solution implementation.Manage resources and external partners for the correct execution of the end-to-end defined operational model.Monitor platforms and manage technical support and administration tasks.Evolve and continuously improve the necessary architecture for commercial, marketing and medical business operations areas.Capture, explain, retain and share the knowledge of the digital corporate.Why Ferrer?
