You will be instrumental in driving a seamless customer installed base experience at a global level that delights and creates value for Schneider employees and Schneider customers.Schneider Installed Base (IB) is the central data platform where all the product asset data that we track is collected, qualified, consolidated and exposed.The IB Program Manager is a key team member of installed base digital capability. When working on Schneider, its role is to:E2E Delivery Management:Oversee the end-to-end management of IB360 technical solution with all its technologies/development teams that are spread across Cloud (AWS), MDM (Informatica Cloud SaaS), Integration (Apigee, Snap-logic, Informatica IPaaS...), Front-Ends (Webs and APPs) and QA (Manual and automated).Lead the definition and control of the technological architecture of the solution.Ensure program progress and lead the milestones achievement.Lead the management of people and methodologies to ensure optimal delivery of the development team.Ensure the simplicity and scalability of the solution in a complex environment of integrated platforms.Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with business and functional stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that IB360 solution meets the organizational needs.Understand and communicate the status of product development to provide clear visibility of progress and timelines
