We are looking for a talented Digital Production Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the production process by ensuring smooth operations, content coordination, project updates, and asset management. You will play a pivotal part in maintaining organized project workflows, from initial briefs to final deliverables, and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in digital production, project management, or a similar role in marketing or event agencies.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams, suppliers, and clients.
Knowledge of content management systems, marketing tools, and social media platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital tools for project management and asset delivery
Roles & Responsibilities:
Content Coordination:
Oversee and coordinate the organization of content for client delivery in collaboration with the Account Executive.
Ensure clarity, organization, and completeness of all content throughout the production process.
Project & Task Management:
Provide daily updates on project plans, team progress, and deadlines.
Assist in managing project tasks related to event creation, 360 marketing campaigns, video production, 2D/3D projects, web development, and social media content.
Digital Asset Management:
Prepare and organize digital assets for use by creative teams.
Research, purchase, and manage digital assets, maintaining efficient workflows for project teams.
Brief Follow-Up & Organization:
Follow up on content briefs to ensure all requirements are clear and met.
Maintain an orderly system of digital folders, ensuring accessibility and clarity for the team.
Content Delivery:
Organize and deliver audiovisual materials to suppliers and clients on time, ensuring high-quality output.
Supplier & Resource Management:
Conduct research on suppliers for various production needs and collaborate with them for successful content creation.
Assist in managing supplier relationships to ensure timely and effective project execution.
Team Calendar & Scheduling:
Manage and update the OH37 master calendar and project schedules, ensuring tasks are allocated efficiently.
Organize team calendars for production, design, video shooting, and photo shooting.
Communication & Email Handling:
Handle production-related emails and communication to ensure efficient collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
Post-Project Reporting:
Assist in post-project reporting, compiling all final assets, and delivering reports to clients and team members.
