He/she will play a pivotal role in managing our digital product offerings, leading P&L responsibilities, and driving the sales and implementation of advanced digital solutions.He/she will be responsible for guiding clients through their digital journey, ensuring the delivery of innovative, high-impact solutions that leverage the latest in AI technologies and other digital innovations.The Digital Product & Solutions Manager will focus on leading the development, delivery, and optimization of digital products and solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth.The Digital Product & Solutions Manager will report directly to the region CEO, and will be part of a newly created organization at region level, responsible for sales and delivery of digital services in the region.He/she will also report functionally to the Head of the newly created Global Digital Services Unit (GDSU).This role will require regular interaction and collaboration with GDSU teams to ensure the effective utilization of central digital services resources and capabilities and the full alignment of the region-level plans / requirements with the global ones.RESPONSIBILITIESLead the Digital Product & Solutions strategy with a particular focus on Generative AI (Gen AI), AI-powered solutions, and digital transformation.Oversee the full lifecycle of digital solutions, from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.Manage the P&L for the digital solutions portfolio, ensuring profitability and financial performance are on track.Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial targets for digital projects, ensuring resource optimization and cost-effective delivery.Lead the commercial side of digital solutions, driving the sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and crafting tailored solutions that integrate Generative AI and other innovative digital technologies.Lead and guide clients through their digital transformation journey, providing expert advice and support in adopting innovative technologies and strategies that align with their business objectives.Lead the end-to-end implementation of digital solutions, ensuring seamless delivery, stakeholder alignment, and realization of business value.Lead a cross-functional team of digital consultants, engineers, and project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).In-depth knowledge of Generative AI, cloud technologies, data analytics, and other emerging technologies that drive digital innovation.At least 10+ years of experience in digital solutions, and technology consulting, with a proven track record in managing P&L, sales, and implementation of complex digital transformation projects.Demonstrated experience leading the sales and delivery of IT solutions and digital transformation initiatives in industries such as Communications, Media, Technology, and Consumer Products.Solid experience in P&L management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight for large-scale digital projects.Strong commercial skills, including solution sales, proposal development, contract negotiations, and client relationship management.Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and decision-makers.English fluent.#J-18808-Ljbffr
