Mission and Responsibilities: As a Digital Product Owner, you will be in charge of the onboarding for Merchants in the BNPL Project.
The main tasks of this position will be the following: Manage onboarding backlog.
Ensure that team roadmap is aligned with project key priorities.
Manage onboarding roadmap.
Meet deadlines and objectives defined in onboarding backlog & roadmap.
Manage relation and collaboration with company cross areas (Legal, Compliance, Product) in order to translate their needs/specifications into functional product requirements.
Manage dependencies and Risks.
Functional definition of initiatives, epics and user stories, and manage their development and delivery, supporting the development team and working closely with the Software Manager.
Create User Stories for the development team, with clear acceptance criteria.
Participate in Agile ceremonies.
Conduct UAT and regression tests.
To be successful in the role you must have: +4 years of experience in a similar position as product owner in digital projects.
University or master's degree in business or computer engineering with experience as a product owner.
Experience in agile methodologies (scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Experience working with company cross areas (Legal, Compliance, Product) to translate their needs/specifications into functional product requirements.
Experience creating, executing and analyzing business test plans.
Experience in reporting and following up on bugs detected in customer digital flows.
Knowledge in creating unit tests and performing regression for the test plans.
Experience using Jira and Confluence tools.
Experience working with development teams for Apps and Web channels.
Experience in digital banking, fintechs or digital products, having worked in digital transformation projects as a tester.
Detail-oriented, able to find small and big bugs and blocking issues in customer's flows.
