Job Purpose: Pricing is consistently a source of pain for our Customers and Employees. Different programs have been set up to address these challenges from a global perspective, to realize our Pricing of the future through better visibility of our Commercial Policy, Rebates, and Pricing Waterfall, an effective use of pricing levers and tools to get the right customer at the right price. Bringing together Countries and Businesses, to understand the impact for our customers, our teams, and our performance, digitizing our process to be faster and more efficient. We aim to provide a better customer experience and target margin improvement with efficient and effective pricing, including guidance. To achieve these ambitious objectives, pricing solutions, deployed on a global scale, are essential. They support the commercial policy and rebates transformations in our company and best-in-class pricing processes around the globe. As part of the digital capability team, your mission is to ensure that the global pricing solutions match the necessities of the customers, markets, and business. Collaborate among them and with different departments to maximize the value of our global solutions, support the discussion to understand the business requirements, and provide design engineering services to project teams. You also master the portfolio of local applications covering the process for which you are responsible. You are thus able to identify areas for optimizing the portfolio that could reduce the group's technical debt and to explain the differences in functional coverage of the various tools
