As a Digital Product Owner for CMO and Supplier Collaboration, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting our Agile transformation. Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver innovative solutions and services that align with our global supply chain strategy.
Main responsibilities: Lead Agile transformation, maintain product vision and roadmap, manage product backlog, define user stories, and execute sprints. Manage project delivery and documentation, ensuring requirements collection, process and solution documentation, and solution development meet defined milestones. Provide input to cost-benefit analysis, risk assessments, business cases, and development plans. Coordinate the definition of applicative and infrastructure roadmaps, enhancing performance, security, and data confidentiality. Conduct detailed FIT-GAP analysis and implement approved solutions. Collaborate with functional experts to analyze, design, build, and test new requirements and SCP Product core template. Ensure compliance and controls throughout the lifecycle, acting as the point of contact for audit and compliance aspects. Support business continuity during the transition period and legacy applications decommissioning. About you Professional experience: Extensive experience in Supply Chain IT projects. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Proven track record of meeting commitments and project schedules. Experience with Agile and Digital methodologies in complex, international environments. Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience with modern technologies and tools. Soft skills and competencies: Structured, organized, and capable of managing multiple topics and priorities. Results-driven with strong analytical and synthetic skills. Effective listener, able to challenge requirements. Accountable and reliable. Proficient in program management. Educational background: Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or Economy with an industrial focus. Kinaxis Author 1 recommended. APICS-CPIM/CSCP recommended. PMP recommended.
