Mission and Responsibilities: As a Digital Product Owner for a Content Management System (CMS), you will work tightly with Business sponsors in different geographies and projects to define the products & services development end to end. Interact with multiple stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Fraud, Risk, etc.) during the ideation and discovery phases to align market practices and regulatory requirements. Work with product managers, designers, and engineers across the organization to assess value, scope of effort, usability, and priority of features and customer solutions. Understand local market practices, perform gap analysis versus existing platform and create product requirements to be used in written specifications, business rules, flows and use cases. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure that development efforts are aligned with business objectives. Ensure product rollouts are delivered successfully by conducting end-user testing. Monitor the market and competitors to identify trends, opportunities, and threats to the product. Use analytics tools and metrics to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. To be successful in the role you must have: University Degree (Equivalent to a Bachelor degree), preferably in Business, e-business, design or digital field. +3 years of professional experience in business consulting, FinTech, or digital business projects in a product management or business analysis roles. High knowledge of user experience requirements for front-end digital flows. Good understanding of technical delivery best practices, including user story and acceptance criteria, working in cross-functional agile teams and designing MVPs and customer testing approaches. Conceptual knowledge of business processes and front-to-back solution architecture that support retail Markets products & services. Knowledge of WordPress / WooCommerce / Magento, Excel, Google Analytics, Jira, Confluence and HTML Language
