In this role,
you will lead the vision and creation of digital customer experiences for IKEA's stores.
You have a passion for bringing the physical and digital worlds together to create an experience distinct to IKEA's iconic brand.
You will lead and manage multiple product squads and provide guidance across product, engineering, design, and analytics.
You are a strong people manager, motivating, delegating, and coaching teams to be high-performing and passionate about their products.

Basic Requirements:Bachelor's DegreeAt least 5 years of experience managing a product portfolio and building product teams to support it.Proven experience building and gaining consensus on product strategies and roadmaps for a suite of digital products.Strong analytical skills with supporting examples of using data to make informed decisions.Able to thrive in an ambiguous environment and are flexible with changing priorities and business needs.At least 3 years of experience leading product owners in an Agile Product Management environment. Preferred Qualifications:MBA or master's degreeProduct management experience with digital products in a physical retail environment. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will prioritize, coordinate, and manage the development and deployment of innovative digital products as well as ensure that the developments stay aligned with the set-out business goals and OKRs.
