Minimum Requirements:A graduate student with an expected graduation date between December 2025 – Spring 2026A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or aboveExcellent written and verbal English language skillsExperience with Excel and PowerPointExperience with Jira and Confluence preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdaptability to work in a fast-paced market environmentSolid professional and personal work ethicAbility to work independently on special projectsAbility to work in an environment that supports employees from all backgrounds and fosters an environment of inclusion.Responsibilities:Assesses the creation and management of the Digital portfolio and identifies opportunities for improvementCombines knowledge of business needs and technology to improve the requirement management process for Digital productsLiaise with various departments including Marketing, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to recommend improvementsWorks with the development team to elaborate and define technical learnings into refined and prioritized backlog itemsTranslates business requirements into IT application impacts and business process impactsConducts research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within or outside the business unit, and if not, whether new solutions are feasibleAnalyzes the impact of proposed solutions across the business and contributes a business or process perspective during backlog grooming meetingsPerforms data mining and analysis to address key business issues
