Your job?As a product manager within the M&S Digital team in Sanofi, you'll be responsible for creating experiences that delight our users and build technology products that can be scaled across M&S. Technology Products are digital/data platforms, services, and frameworks that provide solution teams with the capabilities they need to deliver digital/data solutions to various needs with Manufacturing & Supply teams in Sanofi. Ready to get started?Key Responsibilities:Manage build of cutting-edge AI/Generative AI enabled products across the product lifecycle by working closely with both internal and external partners.Engage with engineering and architecture teams across M&S Digital and M&S Business units at Sanofi to gather and prioritize product features.Research and maintain expert knowledge on data science, AI, and how data is operated like a product in other large enterprises, and product offerings that would help to inform buy, build, partner decisioning.Collaborate with the Product Line Manager to define the data and digital products strategy and roadmap.Deliver a product backlog with well-defined and prioritized product features with corresponding justification (the what and the why).Work with development teams by orchestrating their work through JIRA tickets and help manage development backlog and run agile associated ceremonies in the team with the help of other product owners in your pod.Develop the core positioning and messaging for the data product.About You:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.Absolutely essential to possess a problem-solving mindset, proven experience of thriving in uncertainty.Proven ability to navigate and succeed in complex process-oriented organizations.Strong understanding of AI technologies including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, generative AI, and reinforcement learning
