As a Digital Product Designer within the digital e-commerce team at our airline industry client, you will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining a cohesive and scalable design across our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers, copywriters, product managers, engineers, and other designers, to ensure consistency and efficiency in our designs, aligning them with our brand and business goals.Key Responsibilities· Design Systems: Implementation of our design systems, tools, and workflows to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our design process.· Design Libraries: Create and maintain a set of design libraries including design tokens, components, content guides, and design patterns.· Design Documentation: Develop and maintain design documentation, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and alignment across design teams and digital products.· Optimize Processes: Optimize and standardize design processes, including file management, version control, and collaboration.· Mentor Designers: Mentor and guide other designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement in areas such as persona development, targeting strategies, and advanced data analysis.· Design Solutions: Develop wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that vividly visualize and communicate design concepts and interactions to stakeholders, facilitating clear understanding and alignment.· Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, translating them into effective design solutions.· Cross-Platform Experience: Craft cohesive, responsive design solutions that seamlessly span web-based and mobile applications, guaranteeing a consistent and user-friendly experience.· Stay Informed and Innovate: Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
