.We are looking for a Global Digital Product Designer to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital Commerce Team.Position SnapshotLocation : Esplugues de Llobregat, Barcelona.Type of Contract : Permanent.Type of work : Hybrid.Work Language : Fluent Business English.The roleTo grow our Digital Strategy & Expansion Team in Barcelona, we are currently looking for a Global Digital Products Designer with a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products.This position includes becoming a key contributor to our Design System, led from within our DesignOps squad.As a Digital Products Designer specialized in DesignOps, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a cohesive and scalable design language across our products.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers, to ensure consistency and efficiency in our Designs and alignment with our brand and business goals.By partnering with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders, you will play a fundamental and crucial role for the improvement and optimization of our design processes, tools and workflows contributing to the design operations culture that our organization started creating.You will also be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences that drive engagement and conversion on our web ecommerce platform.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers and other Designers, to deliver high-quality designs that align with our brand and business goals.What you'll doLead the design and implementation of our design systems, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of our design process.Create and maintain a set of design libraries including design tokens, components, content guides, and design patterns.Develop and maintain design documentation, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and alignment across design teams and digital products.Optimize and standardize design processes, including file management, version control, and collaboration.Become a Brand Champion.
